Internet connection slow

Many times I complaint about the internet connection is very slow in my work place here in Jeddah. Then got a message that it already resolved but still everyday bad connection is there. NO CHANGES AT ALL! Hope you fix this issues.

Lot of Bugs

Apps allowed you to subscribe items on app but after paying, turns out you are not supposed to subscribe but allowed you to pay anyway. What will happen to the payment? Where did it go? Fix those errors and bugs
