Rubbish app and HORRIBLE service!

Having to follow up on meal entertainment claims every time they are submitted case managers different one each time promises it will be rectified but again have to follow up the next week now have rung 3 consecutive weeks - very frustrating no complaints manager to speak with app often doesn’t accept code having to reset all over again - experiencing problems over last 5 months at least- I’ve used different packaging providers before with no issues- SPP seriously need to review their claims management processes.

Very simple and easy to use. It's very easy to submit claims on the go and perform other functions that are also available on their website.

This app is terrible. Each time I log in it forgets my log I details, asks me to sign in, authenticate and creat a finger ID. Please review your user experience!

The app won’t let me sign in on multiple occasions stating “server timed out”. Went to the webpage instead. Same thing - website down

Clunky app that sometimes saves your passwords, sometimes doesn’t. Also the video at the begging cuts into anything you might be listening to (Spotify/audible). Frustrating app that I always have ‘trouble logging in’ to.

Very useful. I really like the new features.
