Useless

A captcha on an app? This is just crazy! Clearly the app developers or the management are incompetent. The captcha of cars was so fuzzy it was impossible. Second images of stairs ok, but password (from a password manger) failed. Luckily scarlet is dead. "Make your life easier" Ha!

Verschrikkelijk

We kunnen ons onmogelijk inloggen op de nieuwe of de oude app. We zijn 100% zeker dat de gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord juist zijn, deze werd reeds gereset… Al een paar weken kunnen wij dus niets zien!

This app is only available to new users. The old app is not updatable and not functionning under iOS18. Useless BS.

Scarlet app

After logging in, the app stays ‘empty’. Not possible to see anything. Hope temporarily.

Heel de overgang slaat nergens op. De app herkent niets meer omdat het klantennummer is aangepast. Alleen krijgen we geen factuur meer met ons nieuwe klantennummer. Wat een trieste service en app!
