It has made tracking school buses very easy for us. Instead of speaking to schools a few times each day now i can use the app for all tracking purposes.

App provide very accurate tracking of bus.

I have been using this app for my child who goes to sanskriti school. This tracking details provided is real time and quite accurate. This saves you from the hassle to call the bus driver to get the location.

I had issue with bus tracking for my ward, for which I raised Helpdesk request. The request has been resolved with hrs and now the app is functioning properly. Thanks to the team and Pooja who helped in resolving the issue promptly.

This app made my life so easy. I don’t have to wait for bus now. Because of this tracker I can pick and drop my kid on time. Also got wonderful support from the technical team when app wasn’t responding.

Satcop, One of the best app for tracking the bus…

I have been using this app for around a year now to track the school bus, however one cannot rely on this app for accurate data due to following: - Sometimes app stops working without any reasons - Bus status doesn’t refresh correctly and most of the times for several minus it doesn’t refresh - Notification are not setup properly and most of the times I get the notification very late. - There should be option to set Notification for previous each stops - Suggestion for developer to improve the app for kid tracking along with onboard and de-boarding notification.

App needs a robust makeover. Especially during pickup and drop time as this is the crucial time for tracking buses. May be you need to check sudden load app faces as most of the parents use app. Overall, not at all satisfied with the app.
