Tried several similar apps but this is the best of the lot. Deleted the others and just rely on this one and it hasn’t let me down.

Ok so I am trying out this app to track a ship a relative is cruising on, 28 day cruise to Canada. I am trying two other apps also only one is showing a correct location, this is not one of them. The ship is showing as being in St John’s Canada and has been for the past 4 days, it’s not it’s on route to Southampton and is due to dock in under 24 hours. How can I have confidence in an app to track vessels when it can’t get it right?

Latest update means less info (no pics for example) and more adverts. No longer fit for purpose. Have deleted.

Sadly not anymore. Functionally good, but we used to get a picture of a ship when clicked, not any more. Recently we now get a stupid advert when a vessel is clicked fir more info. An absolute joke, avoid.

After funding my 'go to' app Marine Traffic which I used for years, now just suddenly won't even open as it has been hijacked and turned into a £14:99 a week ni sense! I needed another app. This app is a joke, it doesn't even show major ferry and port names! Zooming in does nothing, still no location names. Whiever designed this obviously knows nothing about marine sport or work! Now deleted!

This used to be my go to shipping app, as I found it far superior in comparison to another competitor. However, this app update needs a lot of changes to make it my favourite again. Many vessels have photos missing. The app isn’t too bad on the iPhone or iPad but it needs serious changes for the MacBooks. Firstly, all device versions need a “Follow Vessel” button like the web version does. Ship data and photos need a serious update as there is a lot of data and photos missing. I even uploaded my own photos but after three weeks, they are still pending. So, I have deleted them as it’s obvious, this company isn’t interested. There are far too many ads literally all over the main screen. I appreciate you need revenue but surely not at the cost of the tracking map. There is no Satellite map, just a basic map. You have to log in every single time you open the app/web page or your device goes into sleep mode, considering there is a “Remember Me” radio button to check. And finally, how do you buy a plan, as no one from sales or support reply to your email and there’s nothing within the app store, or in app purchases? Don’t you want our money? This app/web page and company are not worth dealing with. All versions on my devices are deleted/uninstalled.

Since the update this is total rubbish. Location is rubbish, ability to identify ship is rubbish added in with ridiculous adverts of nonsense games which you can’t seem to get out of. I get they want revenue but what a way to destroy what was a great app

The App has recently updated and it’s awful! I can’t click on a particular ship in my fleet to get the info anymore. Have to search for the ship then click. The port history has gone and new app version seems to only show the current port!

Search doesn't work, had to reset my password to get signed in, can't tap on any of the ships in My Fleet. What sort of testing actually goes in to this app?

Since the new update, this is excellent and easy to use. The information is great in this new format
