Using customers as developers
A kludge (see def.) of an app that must be causing all kinds of back office grief and loss of productivity. There are applications that already exist in this professional space that are much more mature with graceful UX/UI. Why this?
Your app was NEVER ready for “prime time”
I’d give zero stars if I could. Constantly haranguing by my company for receipts that I upload IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, only to have your garbage app not reconcile them as advertised. Pull your app from the market and fix it, or shut It down! Even Concur was better than this!! Terrible app: DON’T DO THIS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES! Don’t make them use this!
