Got this app cos I bought some photos from Singapore Zoo. App is the worst of all of such apps that I had ever used. No simple way to download all apps, have to view and download one by one. Collage and Album cannot be downloaded. Basically, app is poorly designed, with little to no consideration of how users will use it. Last time I will purchase photos from Singapore Zoo or any establishment that will use this app.

Followed instructions to claim photos using the QR code given by Bali Safari but it says QR code not valid when it is still within the stipulated two weeks that they said the photos will be available. Emailed customer support but needed so much information from us and still can't give us our photos that we paid Rp225k for. Feels a little cheated. Is it a problem with Bali Safari or this app I'm not sure.

Was given a code to download my pics. However, when I was trying to save my pic, the app shut down on its own and attempts to download again failed since the app identified that I had already downloaded it. Was really disappointed as it was a family holiday pic.

Makes you download an app that doesn’t even work. Don’t have time for constant crashes and trying to make a worthless app work.

We got 3 photo shoot and all was avaliable in less than an hour in the app, it works fine and downloaded all pictures on the phone no issue. Not sure about all the 1 star reviews

I can only access one photo from my package and I have gotten no response. This is theft and should be stopped

This is a scam that you overpay for photos and then the app barely works.

Paid for picture package at Chicago 360 experience and been 2 days and no pictures ! Try to access on web and still nothing says to check email and still nothing .try to access the qr code from app and says app doesn’t have access to photos and the app isn’t listed to access camera !feel like I was ripped off 40 dollars! We need to contact FTC this is a fraud and they got their money but no photos complete scam !Chicago should check out these people before they let them scam tourists
