Is MySolArk free?
Yes, MySolArk is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is MySolArk legit?
⚠️ The MySolArk app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Provides good situational awareness on the system functionality but some aspects of the interface suggest the designers/developers do not actually use the app themselves. Please allow for select/cut/paste in the app. Please maintain data, I have had faults; the app says ‘no data’. Weather information is nice, but I and a friend have not seen it populate. Customization is limited to temperature. That data was lost in the PV Pro migration was disappointing. The “0”readings on battery charge and household power use (obviously a glitch) that I and others have experienced seem to be fixed. I think you make a strong product, but improving your customer facing interface would add to your appeal and word of mouth recommendations by existing customers. Would also recommend you take the time to respond to your end-user reviews, like this one. If anything is incorrect, please advise. Thank you.

Force a migration for a tool that wasn't ready. Notifications are critical doesn't work. If wasn't ready why they hurry to migrate
When Will This Work?
If all you want is to see data, you are good to go. Otherwise this is a mess. You can’t change how the system operates, it’s just a white screen. You have to kill the app to get back to normal performance data. Please fix the app…
More data and flexibility desirable
Works much better than the old app.
Would like to see 1) a summary of all daily parameters instead of having to view the monthly data chart to get this information (does it include the load when no PV generation is taking place?), 2) even without batteries, it would be very useful to see the load updated over the entire 24 hours of the graph, not only when PV is generating power, and 3) for some reason, the version number of the app appears nowhere to be seen; wasn’t there a gear earlier one could click on to get that information?
App does not work on iPhone 16pro max
I was never really happy with the app from the start, but what option do I have? Now with a new phone, the app does not fully work, I cannot get into the parameters section to make changes.

The notifications do not happen, so you don’t know when the system come in and come out. The creator should take care of this

Overall it mostly does what is expected. Data and connectivity can be glitchy at times.
Biggest complaint is the notifications not working. That’s a CRITICAL aspect! Please fix!

This app doesn’t send notifications about your system to let you know if you have Grid, or the status if your batterys.
Isn’t optimized for phones without a home button
The tab bar’s text is always hidden underneath the system’s home indicator on phones without a physical home button (last 5 years worth of phones). You have to constantly pull to refresh to see current energy data. It should automatically update for you.
It is basically just the mysolark.com website in a bad wrapper. The website isn’t good either.
