Description
"MySOS" is life-saving and emergency services, is the Medical Assistance application.
Falling flow and of primary lifesaving treatment required when you have found the people are, search of nearby AED information, you can view. It also provides a guide for emergency visits when in doubt to address the child's sudden illness.
By registering the medical record information of their own, their own is to allow the emergency contact to information transmission and family to the doctor or hospital when they fall, to support a smooth emergency transport.

- BLS guide

- Children's Medical Emergency Guide
Parents have a small child is, steep child sick of holiday-night (sudden fever, swallowed spasm, injury, abdominal pain, a foreign body, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, sore eyes, ears of pain, and was stung by a bee, when in doubt to determine what to do to deal with hiccups, etc.), how and to deal in accordance with the symptoms, we will guide you through the measure of emergency visits. - First Aid Guide

- AED, medical facilities search
You can confirm such an AED installation location and hospitals on the map.
- My Clinical Record
You can save the information of the user's own basic information and history, oral medicine, primary care physicians and test results (image). You can manage MySOS the information required at the time of emergency.
You can also manage health information (blood pressure, weight, steps) in conjunction with OMRON connect and health-app.
Select iOS Healthcare from [Settings] → [Health Information Cooperation] to link with the healthcare app.
- Clinic medical examination data linkage function (health diagnostic results)
You can refer to the medical examination results of the clinic.

Useless app
The registration process doesn’t work when you’ve used it more than once. So when you arrive to the airport the 2nd time you’re gonna have to forego the fast route.
How do you initiate a new trip to Japan if it doesn’t prompt confirmation of use?
For past trips, I had to delete and re-download the app and wait for it to ask to confirm purpose of use. Is there a way to initiate a new trip within the app? The app is not intuitive…
Redo the app
I arrived in Tokyo a couple of weeks ago and found the COVID vetting arrival process cumbersome so I thought I would install this app before my next visit next week. After tying to get it to work, I’ll take my chances with the cumbersome arrival process again as it will take me less time than trying to get the app to work. It is 2022. There’s no reason to have a retro app that works like something kludgy developed at the dawn of the internet/turn of the century. Please hire some of the recently laid off tech workers to do an overhaul of the app.
Terrible
I’m left dazed and confused by MySOS. I’m honestly disappointed and frustrated by the time I’ve spent trying to figure things out. I don’t see that any of my information flowed over from the Japanese visiting webpage, and I’m really not sure what this app is for. I downloaded it as instructed before traveling to Tokyo and I’m just crossing my fingers that I can get through the entry processes. One thing is for sure, this app is of no use.

Unusable terrible app that doesn’t help travelers
The app is supposed to help travelers to fast track. Instead the terrible, unintuitive UI makes everything harder. Wording is not consistent and misleading, colors do not help see what’s important vs. what’s optional. Passport submission rejected, entry of data is redirecting to the web page. Designed by the committee as many gov apps are. No help for actual users, just an ancient paper procedure put in digital form. The management of this app should consider let younger people lead the design, because it’s clear that old-school bureaucrats out of touch with modern reality has caused this disaster of an app. Really wish respectful Mr Taro Kono succeeds in bringing gov to the digital era and script unusable old processes. Maybe all these app reviews will convince the system management? Here’s hoping.
Does not work
I have spent hours trying to get the SOS registration completed so that I can zip through the Narita airport after a 17.5 hour flight The application insists that I am missing a mandatory question when I do not select the “crew member “ box and therefore I can’t finish the registration
App Doesn’t allow me to sign in with my account
the app wouldn’t allow me to sign with my registered email. It says it’s linked to a valid passport and can’t be used. But I have been able to sign it using the online web of my sos using the registered email and got the blue screen. But app is still red and won’t let me sign in. so I can’t use it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no improvement. Is there a way to fix this.
Terrible app
Whether it is the confusing and often non-functional interface, the obscure instructions or the glacially slow performance, this app is flat out awful. If this is the best that Japan can come up with to “expedite” entry into Japan they really need to rethink what they are doing. Saving fifteen minutes at the airport at the expense of hours of tinkering and swearing to get the the app to do something, even anything, is just not worth it.
