So far works well, and as stated surprising more effective than calls to emergency numbers. For instance: -a situation during the July unrests there was a situation where I tried to report a fire but calling the fire department, from a telkom mobile, I was told… to calm back from a landline as the mobile call for some unknown reason couldn’t be connected. This app allowed me to easily place a marker and alert the fire department. -Another instance allowed me to alert EMS to a situation with the touch of a button 👍🏻. (Response time… it’s SA, in that regard, decent and the app allowed it to noted that the emergency was for someone else). You are also responsible for ‘clearing’ the emergency report. (resolved/mistake)

No signal - no SOS , it and other apps exactly the same should be advertised as such. They just don’t work in extreme environments. You basically have to be on 4g or in wifi for this to work. Which not realistic to half the countries coverage - twice it let me down & others .

I give the app 4 stars as I paid for a family for a year but I can only check in on the device I paid from which is with me, the problem is I work abroad so as soon as I leave the country my family cannot check in. I have tried checking in for them to send a screen shot as proof but the app won't allow me to because I'm not in ZA at the time. Is there any way the developer can change this limitation? Or allow more than one device to have proof of payment?

Registration process requires your cell phone and then sends a verification code. I am now receiving an SMS every minute with the same code and I have no way of stopping it. Im up to 40 SMS’s and counting. The verification process on the app fails and I cannot proceed. Seems I’m doomed to be SMSd by these guys every 60s for the rest of my life 😡😡😡

Great app to use in the private and public sector.

I tried using this at first it worked for few months ,then it no longer works,it activated every emergency ambulance but no ambulance come ,then even the police no police come ? When will this service work again ,why don't they come ,my address is also in data based ,so they be no problem, please resolve issue as emergency cases is bad and can lead to death,breathing

South African National Defense Force not listed under medical aid. Blue security not listed under security. Maybe the developer must revise the app and ensure all fields are covered

Have not had to use the app in an Emergency, but the functionality is great. Seemless
