I just updated my app today and I don't see the loan option yet.

Uninstall niyo muna yun old app, saka niyo install itong bago. Same username at password pa din naman. Mas mabilis din itong bago ngayon at gumagana na yun biometrics for faster login.

Lack Important Features from Old App. This is garbage.

This is rather a downgrade than an upgrade! The features are now limited to just viewing your contributions. How about the other features, like services and benefits! Come on SSS, you can do better than this!
