have been having fun playing this game. but I think there’s a puzzle with a glitch on the lady’s face at bailiff’s office. can’t get past that since the ball keeps glitching even if I press the skip puzzle. hope you help me on this

Hello, I just bought and paid the full version of the game because I’m playing this since I was a teenager. But I couldn’t open it now. Please tell me it’s just a technical problem 😢

can we have a version of the mystery case files: ravenhearst in the iphone, too? The series is so addictive, we want a blast from the past!

I really enjoy playing this game. I’m on my second round now. I have purchased the game; I am wanting to get the guide and every time I get the same message, that I can’t get it to try again later. I’ve tried numerous times on various days and still can’t gain access to it. I gave it a four star rating for this reason.

I wasn’t aware the app itself hasn’t been updated in YEARS. As a fan of Mystery Case Files, I wasn’t aware. I purchased the full game and it is unresponsive on iPhone 14 pro. The game is essentially dead and useless to play without an update. Apple needs to remove this from the App Store. Now I’m fighting for a refund. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD!

Paid for full game but can’t finish. Too often the item received and needed is invisible and can’t be used.

I miss the old Big Fish games and would gladly pay $6.99 or more to play one again. The graphics and music were stupendous. The new developers’ games seem even older, with stilted figures and immature and similar plots. With the growth of technology after all these years, I would expect at least the same quality as BF games made over 15 years ago.
