I’ve spent money on this game, and when I reached out to their support team, and sent PROOF, that the game glitched and froze multiple times, causing me to lose levels, lives, and boosters, they wouldn’t even RESPOND to me, let alone, do anything to rectify the situation, so don’t ever spend any money on it, because you’ll lose you’re money due to game malfunctions, and they won’t do anything to help you!

It’s a good game and the mystery keeps you engaged but everything takes too much. The energy for the side game takes so much and barely does anything. The stars that you use to complete task takes way too many as well. The game seems money hungry. They try their best for you to buy energy and stars. Wish they would do better could be a great game.

You know, it’s one thing to make levels hard enough that you need to try a few times, or need boosters. It’s quite another when your game is programmed to *purposely* screw up the strategy your players have been working on elaborately setting up. I’ve lost the current hard level I’ve been trying to beat for the last half-day ENTIRELY because the game has sent boosters to blow up my other boosters and clusters of colors which I had right where I wanted them. This has happened nearly ten times on this level alone, and it isn’t the first level it’s happened on. I’m very very close to quitting altogether, and that’s sad because of how I had been enjoying it before this started.

I love all the variety of games I love to play in one game.

I love playing this game BUT as of 12/29/24 fame is freezing up, you can only play the one level that your on & you have to clear the game to relaunch it to play another level. I cannot use my stars because once again it freezes up. Simple solution……fix it please! I have over 618 stars & cannot do anything…Ty!

Thought it was a decent game. But they collect so much data from you. This is the only game that depletes my phone battery within 1 hour.

Please stop with all the updates. Liked the way it was 6 versions ago. Everything keeps buffering and the graphics are getting worse.

At the beginning of this game the levels were impossible to pass. Then I guess you had enough complaints whereas you changed the levels to be passable. Now once again, the upper levels are way too hard to pass even with 3 boosters. You don’t supply enough time to pass the completed level requirements. A new life to me is not a booster. You need to either supply more time to pass the levels or make them easier to pass. I slap have yet to complete an adventure because of the small amount of points awarded in levels or the storyline to get to the end of the adventure. You need to award a lot more adventure energy points to complete an adventure. Cutting down a tree shouldn’t cost 20 to 40 adventure points. I’m tired of going back and forth to try to attempt to pass a level which are far and few between to get 5 energy points. Also, the amount of points needed for certain levels is ridiculous. Like 18 points to put up a new light, etc….. You could also supply new clothing and decor ideas. These characters keep wearing the same clothing all of the time. The decor needs an update too. Half of the house is in shambles. When are we moving on to finish the rooms in the house?. Please update quickly to address these points. Thankyou. It’s a great game. I would hate to delete it but I did. I don’t need more lives, I need more ways to get boosters. It shouldn’t cost so many steps to complete the levels even with boosters which are not even available to get even with watching ads. Plus it shouldn’t require so many levels to solve trivial puzzles. I finally deleted this game. Not too long ago, I was passing the levels so idk what happened to the gameplay lately.

So far I’ve really enjoy the game with different puzzles. Also, they aren’t so challenging you become frustrated.
