Hidden Objects: Mystery Hotel

I have no issue paying to play this genre of games because I love it. But hated that the cliff hanger was the most exciting part of the game. Very uninteresting and too easy. Finished it while working. Mind you it has a terrible integration to apple devices. Touching anything has to be done 3 times before it does anything. I am using it from my IPad Pro which I use 24/7 everyday. You click on object knowing you need it and it doesn’t work, until you give up and ask for a hint showing the exact spot you’ve been obsessing over and then it works... Turn blurry for any animation. its one thing if graphics ar bad but there was no effort there... In conclusion: - Did not deliver reasonable game time - Puzzles are too predictable - Clicking on anything is just Russian roulette on whether it’ll work or not - I hate myself for not noticing how little rating it had. - Many glitches throughout the game. - Doesnt allow you to go back in the game once done to search for missing hidden objects... Wouldn’t recommend even if it was half the price...

After paying $7.99 for the Deluxe , I’ve now come across a puzzle that will not work as shown too on you tube on my iPad Pro & now I’m stuck because unless I finish the game to get the nxt object I can’t do anything. So $ wasted !

Too many ads while playing.

I can’t get past the match 3 HOP , The slider doesn’t move . I knew it was a bad idea to purchase games , 1 & done 🤦🏻‍♀️

Near the end of the game, you go through the vanity mirror and have to put together a shovel and dig up a puzzle. The puzzle ring spins but you cant connect any images because the side arms with the other halfs of the pictures won’t extend. Would have liked to complete the game.

I purchased this game and after getting so far into it, could not move forward in the game without purchasing the Deluxe version. Then I got to Chapter 4 & after pushing the skip button for the gears game, was not able to grab the iron bar. Now I am unable to use it to spring the trap to get the bolt cutters and cannot move forward in the game. All of the scenes say there is nothing more to do. This is the 2nd Domini game in a row that I purchased, but cannot finish. I would like to be refunded!

I started playing the game and really liked it. But when I went to unlock it, it just wouldn’t do it and then gave me an error message about not being able to connect to the Apple server. I went to my Apps app and it was working just fine. No connection problem. Also, it looks like there was some attempt to put a price tag on unlocking the game, but the price was $22.8. Huh?

I am unable to finish the game. I have played it 4 times, trying to get past the basement kitchen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, to no avail. I always get stuck in the same spot. Many of the hints will point you to a place, where you cannot do anything. Or, you have already completed. I did contact support, they basically told me, they know about the Problems, there might be an update to fix it. But as of now there is no way to finish the game I Paid for. They also suggested I go ahead and ask Apple for a refund. Even they have no faith in the game. Save your time, effort, and money on this one. After looking though the most recent reviews, apparently this has been a longtime on going problem.

Some of the clues are pretty difficult to find but I keep looking because I love this type of game

So far I like the game. Love the puzzles. I am having difficulty with moving on to the next part of the game after getting the spell book out of the pantry. I use it at the mirror and nothing happens. I even restarted the game, same result. Any suggestions?
