There’s no option to delete the “generic” clubs in the “My Bag” feature, which means I have to cycle through half a dozen woods that I don’t carry to get from driver to my next club (a 2-hybrid). Not a deal breaker, but it’s annoying.

This review is concerning the app only. Since many families have more then one family member that plays golf. You would think you had the option to create a profile/club data for him/her. But no, you must create an account for the individual and sign in and out to save any data. Pain in the butt when you want to use an IPAD only. This is a major oversight on the developer. Hopefully, someone at Swing Caddie reads my review and can have this issue fixed ASAP through an update. As for the other app functions, I have had no major hiccups. Praying this major oversight is corrected in the very near future! Make the app family friendly.

I have the SC300i. Overall, it’s a nice monitor and the app is pretty good. I like that it receives updates and I can tell the tech team has adjusted the swing speeds to more closely match a GCQuad. What I don’t like is that when I draw position lines on a video and you select the “check” to save. Once you go to view your swing with the drawn position lines, they no longer are in the same place. They show up lower and more right than they should. It leaves you guessing where to draw them in. 3 stars in all I can do until that’s corrected.

I had to sign out of the app and then attempted several times to reset my password. The Voice Caddie website allows you to reset your Voice Caddie password but will not direct you back to the app!!!!! When you go through the app to use your newly created password a error message comes up to “check the user name/password”. Well the user name must be good because I can use it to sign into Voice Caddie!!!! But not the MySwingCaddie app to retrieve data! Leta see how many months it takes customer service to answer this request. Left a email request with them last year in the spring of 2022 and still have not heard back from them. And they refuse to answer the phone number listed!!!!

Yardage seemed to be consistent. I don’t have a range to play so i hit and collect and balls were around the yardage just by walking paces.

The latest version of this app is terrible. The app will not allow me to select my target distance beyond what you consider average distances in target mode. This will work my distances for all the clubs are longer than what your app says the average distance is.

App TOTALLY USELESS!!!! All it does is direct me to purchase one of the launch monitors, WHICH I ALREADY HAVE!!! No spin monitor, NO enhanced data analysis NADA! Now, the launch monitor itself works flawlessly. Good info and consistent. The app is CRAP!!!

What a joke, keeps telling me my password or account name is wrong but won’t send me a reset email to fix it. Waste of time

I recently purchased an SC4 and have been utilizing this app. I was initially concerned, due to the low rating. That said, I have used it several times with my SC4 and have enjoyed using it. The interface is clean and easy to use. The video capture is super easy and works well. The playback of the videos has all the data and is sorted for each swing. I was able to setup “my bag” fairly easily, while not all of my club brands were listed it was easy enough to put the brand in the nickname. Thus, far the SC4 has been great and the app is continuing to be updated. I have been very please and look forward to the additional updates.
