Pathetic customer service
Writing this review to ensure that the concerned team takes a closer look at the miserable quality of customer service offered. I have been using MySyara continuously over the last 6-7 months and have had 0 complaints. Always spoken highly of the quality of service offered on ground. Todays incident changed my opinion completely - on buying a monthly cleaning package, I was confident to be a loyal customer over the next year or so. Unfortunately, my monthly booking schedule is that of Saturday 3-5pm. I called up the customer care service today, to request a rescheduling as I’m out of country this Saturday. The customer service executive first mentioned that rescheduling isn’t possible as per terms and conditions. On repeating my request he mentioned that the rescheduling would cost be AED 15. I was confused how he changed his stance on this matter so quickly, hence I asked him to show me where this is mentioned in terms and conditions. There is NO mention of rescheduling charges/rescheduling not possible in t&c on the app. On calling him back, I explained that I genuinely need the car washed but he didn’t seem to care about the genuine concern. I’ve requested to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. A classic example of a good customer app having poor customer service.
Deceiving ads, higher prices
After sometime I forget that it’s the same app who lies in their social media ads about the prices, which it doesn’t offer at all, and by mistake again install the app, only to find out it’s way more expensive than it shows in the social media ads.
Very annoying
If i open the app and not place an order i get a call 100% of the time from their agents trying to get you to place an order. Stop that’s so annoying!
Unreliable
They sent me unprofessional incapable 3rd party who was supposed to help me jump-starting my car. Reached late and didn’t manage to do the job although I mentioned there is an issue with the rear light that is draining the battery. His main purpose was to sell me a battery that tremendously exceeds the market value. Noting that the battery change only won’t fix the situation.
Such a bunch of unprofessional people
Don’t ever book a service with these people, I booked for monthly service and they literally cheated on me. Still 2 service is pending and no one is responding to my call.

Great app and service I ordered from Mirdif, Fahad came and a perfect job.
Spam!!
Don’t buy this booklet from their agent they’re gonna lie to you and convince you that you will get points on the app to use them for car wash and that the booklet is full of car wash coupons and then you will get shocked that the points you have can not be used to cover all the service you can only use 10 and have to pay for the rest from your own money so do yourself a favor and get your car serviced and washed properly without getting robbed!!!!

Great app with awesome interface. Customer Service was super and so was the Cleaner who came promptly and did a great job. This is the app which one needs for cleaning service in Dubai
