Product works well, but the app has been extremely buggy for months now. The tags randomly ping at all hours of the night, and they ping my phone randomly. Have had to delete the app & stop using the tags because it wakes me & kids up at all hours of the night. Fix that, and the product would be good.

The app works well with the MyTags I bought in Australia. I love the “Quiet Zone” where the app detects my home wifi and turns off the disconnecting notifications. Stops those occasional alerts when you are a long way from your keys at home - used to have that problem with other trackers...
