When will this station update their app to fix all the issues?! Podcasts can’t be played in order. Now it only loads a few so you can’t go back more than a couple of days. Listener Rewards is a joke because half the time it’s not functioning, updating, or tracking. Such a disappointing experience for listeners and MyTalk fans.
Since your recent update, I can not access any podcasts on your Mobile App or Website. I missed several shows last week and scroll down to podcasts, tap on the show I missed and I can’t click on any day- hr1, hr2, or hr3! The app has worked wonderful with no streaming problems prior to your recent update. Please fix the podcast problem. UPDATE: I updated my app with your fix. The people at MyTalk really came through when Covid hit. Everyone was so unsure of what was going to happen in life. MyTalk set everyone up at home to broadcast and our lives continued and didn’t miss a beat! They we’re there during the scariest moments in life. They brought a bit of normalcy being able to listen and laugh with the MyTalk family. They really do love their listeners and give it their all.
I needed to register for a new account and the app filled in the password. I was not able to erase and change it. I did not follow thru registering
It seems a lot of the bad reviews from years ago are due to issues that have since been resolved. I listen to steaming from the app, from my phone, Monday thru friday 6am to 2pm and I have zero issues. Love entering for the listener rewards as well!
I have made sure I’m logged in but my listening hours don’t get tracked for listener rewards.
I’ve been using the app every morning since it was available with very little issue. Since the beginning of December it opens to a white screen and won’t load. I’ve deleted and added the app multiple times. It works for a day and then I get the white screen the next day. I’m extremely frustrated!
This has never been the best app and I’ve been using it for quite a while, but lately it’s constantly has to be reloaded. I’ll click on the app and I’ll just get a white screen, then I have to go delete it and reload it. You’re a big-time media company, you should have a better system running your apps.
Thought when upgraded my phone I would be set. I have to delete app and reload daily if I want to listen , which if course I do but it’s frustrating!
