Description
More than just an ordinary heat pump management tool, MyTech-Connect communicates directly with the Technicenter and allows the secure remote management of heat pumps: supervision, preventive maintenance and ease of maintenance.
SIMPLIFIED IMPLEMENTATION
A WiFi box is installed as standard inside all our Inverter PACs (marketed from 2022), and easily accessible. From 2023 an option 4G is available.
All you have to do is connect the heat pump to the customer's WiFi network by scanning the machine's QR code, entering the network's security code and pressing the button on the WiFi box to pair. Or with 4G option, connection is immediate.
REMOTE MANAGEMENT
A real preventive maintenance tool, the information is transmitted to our TechniCenter which can then anticipate any problems remotely, access the parameters and adjust, optimize or even update the heat pump.
The Modbus connection allows access to all the heat pump parameters and modification in "direct mode".
PROACTIVITY
Thanks to the feedback of error codes, the TechniCenter can remotely trigger an appropriate after-sales service procedure immediately, even before the user of the pool notices a possible problem or its consequences.

The TechniCenter is at your disposal for advice on the rational management of your pool fleet and possible energy savings.
EFFICIENCY
MyTech-Connect is linked to the TechniCenter and allows our technicians to visualize the entire fleet of heat pumps as well as the status of each machine.
In the event of an error code, they can access the device settings via their secure interface to resolve the fault. No need to send a technician to the installation to see what the problem is, to collect simple information or to adjust the devices.
MYTECH-CONNECT IS A SECURE, FREE AND ERGONOMIC APPLICATION.
It allows remote control of the heat pump via a smartphone or tablet thanks to an intuitive interface: status of the machine, water temperatures, outside temperature, operation of the filtration pump, heating setpoint temperature, choice of operating mode, alerts, programming of operating ranges...
In order to ensure a complete follow-up, all the data of the heat pumps connected to MyTech-Connect are stored for 5 years:
• the history of all alarms
• internal sensor temperature probes
• the operating time of compressors, pumps, etc.
• user settings
MyTech-Connect was developed by our internal services and all our servers are based in France (GDPR law respected).
Thanks to a solid partnership MyTech-Connect is compatible with other equipment and offers the possibility of remotely managing water treatment with salt or chlorine via the mobile application, presenting the same functionality and history as for heat pumps.

Plante application iOS 18
A chaque tentative de paramètrage de la PAC pour tenter de la connecter au wifi, l’application plante systématique au moment du choix de la PAC en Bluetooth. Donc toujours impossible de connecter enfin la PAC et application pas compatible avec iOS 18.
Pourrait être tellement bien !
Pas à la hauteur J’ai ajouté un répéteur car le principe du wifi a sa limite avec l’emplacement de la PaC vis à vis de la box …. Donc déjà ça devrait être abordé à l’installation. Pour switcher vers le fonctionnement avec l’aps ca supprime l’usage des boutons de la paC , ça c’est nul. L’appli bug régulièrement. Là J’ai du la désinstaller et réinstaller sinon je ne pouvais plus me connecter … Au boulot les développeurs ! Vous avez grave de taf
Connexion impossible
Impossible de se connecter à l’application, le bouton connexion n’a plus aucun effet. L’application se déconnecte souvent. Veuillez faire une mise à jour afin de régler se problème qui rend la pompe à chaleur lambda.
Application viellote et peu fiable

I will not comment on the poor design or the WiFi connectivity, everything has already been said Since iOS 18 migration, impossible to connect, the button simply does not react anymore Wonder if the developer have access to beta program 🤔

Très utile pour piloter la pompe à chaleur de la piscine mais ne fonctionne plus depuis la dernière version OS18 iPhone
Incompatibilité IOS 18
Bonjour, Attention l’application n’est pas compatible avec IOS 18 ! Impossible de se connecter au compte, il faut à chaque fois desinstaller et réinstaller l’application pour pouvoir se connecter et juste une fois ! Merci de bien vouloir corriger le problème. Sinon l’application fonctionne plutôt bien. Cdt.

Les clics marchent mal. La configuration du wifi est une plaie. Le serveur mytech est bourré de bugs
À quoi sert d’avoir un section support
Bonjour Impossible de connecter ma PAC, l’appairage fonctionne, aucune données ne remontent, et puis ensuite l’appli m’indique que la PAC n’est plus connecté. Un support dans l’appli aux abonnés absents. On achète une PAC plus cher pour pouvoir la piloter mais si le service ne fonctionne pas c’est un vrai problème.
