This is the most frustrating app to work with. Will say clients don’t exist when they are clearly booked, crashes constantly, and will show there isn’t a client booked even though there is. I loathe this program thoroughly

Can’t sign in since day one and that was 90+ days for me
The app takes longer than three minutes to open. It stays on a loading screen and it ends up being easier to go to the website. Not sure why an app that so many users depend on is this slow and why the developers don’t care to fix it.
App doesn’t load in real time. The client message feature barely functions. Overall, I’m disappointed that the franchise makes me pay a lot of my for this garbage.
I use this for one of my jobs, and instead of using the company iPad for events, I have to use my personal iPhone. The iPad version doesn’t engage the camera to scan barcodes making it impossible to efficiently checkout a customer with multiple items. I guess they want us to spend more money and buy a Bluetooth scanner, if that will work.
I love the service. It's been great as long as I'm on my desktop PC. The mobile app is not as good. It only shows one day at a time. I'd like at least a weekly schedule.
I could do without the constant pop ups letting me know that my app notifications are off. Extremely offputting.

Amazing app
This app is supposed to be my lifeline for work, but I can’t even get in. I thought it might have been an issue with my password, so I tried sending password change requests and I never got a single email back. Now I can’t log in on the browser. There needs to be a serious overhaul with the whole MyTime system, businesses really rely on it.
