Capture your working hours - anytime and anywhere. This makes handwritten timesheets a thing of the past.
Whether after work or using the clock in/out feature, myTime is the ideal companion where a complicated and expensive time tracking system is unnecessary. You can record your times, calculate overtime, record your vacation and sick days, enter notes, and much more.
Thanks to iCloud synchronization, your data is always up to date on your iPhone and iPad.
The app can also be used for multiple jobs at the same time, as you can save the hours for each job independently. This gives you an overview of all your jobs at all times.
If necessary, each job can be individually customized, and settings such as daily working hours, start and end times, break times, and much more can be preset.
Create note templates to easily and quickly add recurring information to an entry with just one click.
With the document export, you can easily export your working hours as a PDF file to your device or to the cloud.
Forwarding, whether by email, WhatsApp, iMessages, etc., is also no problem. By exporting as a CSV file, you can subsequently work with it in Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice Calc, etc.
The backup function stores all your data entered in a file. This can be stored in your iCloud or on your device, or it can also be sent.
The backup file can then be read in, for example, on another device and all your data can be transferred.

Ich würde den Machern aber gerne sagen: es wäre fein wenn noch eine Zeile für Tagesspesen verfügbar wäre oder für tägliche Ausgaben da das ja zu der monatlichen Abrechnung dazu gehört!! Lg

Tolle App
Hat alles was man braucht. Übersichtlich und leicht in der Handhabung. Sehr preiswert. Wenn man einzelne zusätzliche Dienste (zb: als pdf speichern, Zeitstempelfunktion,..) möchte, zahlt man einmalig sehr wenig drauf. TOP!

Nutze die App schon seit über 2 Jahre bin sehr zufrieden damit. Auch wenn es nach einem Update ein Problem gibt ist der Ersteller der App rasch an der Lösung dran. Was vielleicht noch cool wäre, wenn man bei einem Job „Schichten“ abspeichern könnte, also wenn man von 6Uhr-14 Uhr arbeitet und 14-22 Uhr das man das gemeinsam voreinstellen könnte. Aber das ist halt wie man so schön sagt meckern auf hohen Niveau 😉
