Completely useless
Horribly extremely amazingly useless app. Required to sign in to their website but there is no button / option to generate an authentication code to enable you to do so. Astoundingly incompetent. No improvements for 4 years.

Worst phone company
This is the worst company I’ve ever seen. I have no idea why the government contracts these people to sell and scam people who live and work on military installations
Awful app
This app is frustrating. So is the website. Just let me log in without having to authenticate from some 3rd party app 1000 times cuz the tks app won't do it. So annoying.
2-factor authentication
The developers can’t make the app work, but they just added 2-factor authentication, I think they want to protect us all from their mediocrity.

WiFi calls don’t work
Pointless App
The app does absolutely nothing, the voip caller doesn’t even dial.
Worst App
It will not even let me create an account. Keeps saying webpage not found when you attempt to create your account. I called my bank in the US and it is a 1-800 number but TKS still charge me 6€ for the call. What a joke of a company and an attempt to provide a solution via a non working app.
Can’t Make Calls
The app offers a Wi-Fi calling feature that I’m unable to use. Every time I dial a number, it just says “Call Closed” and disconnects.

I gave up.
Phone doesn’t work
Every time I try to make a phone call via the app, the call crashes and a pop up reads “call closed”. It’s annoying as I’m stationed overseas and it cost an arm and a leg to make a call to America from my European number. Please fix for future costumers.
