Wow this is a terrible design, after downloading you can not login. There is no way to enter a username because only the 10 number keyboard is prompted instead of a QWERTY board.

Iphone. Can’t login. Only numbers on keyboard for member name. Idiots

This app DOES NOT WORK! I, along with all other reviewers, cannot get into the app! Kind of an important deal, wouldn’t you say? It’s hard nowadays to genuinely earn 1-star reviews for it means TRYING to distribute a steaming pile in place of a mobile app. That is EXACTLY what this is!

Like everyone else - The app only allows digits on the logon, and it still doesn’t work by using a member number. Called UHC web tech support, and it wasn’t any better. Could barely understand the tech support person, who was zero help. She kept telling me to enter my user name! UGH! After a half hour of the runaround, I asked to speak with another Tech, preferably someone who knows something. She was trying to get a supervisor on the line, but couldn’t even manage that! AARGH!!! Ask me for my contact number, which she asked to verify/confirm twice before already! 😤 That was a half hour ago!!!

You can’t log in because the log in only allows numerical input. This is basic programming. Who designed this a child?

They are right you can’t operate it at all to see anything. You need to make it so it works .

By far the worst app I have ever downloaded. The app never opens. As big as UHC is, you’d think they would have a decent app.

Just sits at a loading screen using data and not allowing for login or anything useful. Flappy bird is a better run app than this. Your app is bad and your devs should feel bad
