I keep trying to submit everything the company is asking for but the app keeps crashing.

I downloaded this app because I’m actually off on FMLA, but I can only get it to load correctly about 10% of the time! Have kept it updated and still get “technical difficulties on our end” constantly. So frustrating!!!

I was so worried about my financial situation as I started my short term with Unum as I heard nothing but horror stories from other people who I had worked with before but all in all it’s been some what manageable and not to bad did it take a little while for them to get going yes but there’s a process I understand that there are lots of people and they wanna ensure that they’re paying out to the right people as a company there’s nothing wrong with them protecting money they spend as a business I think people are just impatient and expect everything they ask for now I do hope they continue to be helpful and stay on a good path with me so far thank you

Terrible app, literally always glitching, always something bad going on. Even when you call the phone number they have no idea what they are talking about. I will never not complain about this sorry excuse of company/app.

UNUM is either predatory or negligent. This company has me jumping through hoops trying to get a straight answer to anything. It’s impossible to talk to a real person, so you have to hope you don’t miss a call. No callback, the phone number robot tells you to go to the website, no contact form - no way to communicate. They don’t respond to emails. Their claim forms are poorly designed so inevitably you put something in wrong. It’s impossible to make any progress on a claim. My condolences to anyone trapped in working with them - I hope you can pay your bills without them during a medical leave, because you’re not getting the service you pay for.

Unum!! You should be absolutely ashamed!! You are a multi billion dollar company multiple multi billion dollar companies rely on you to do a service for their employees and you get paid for that service and you can’t even get your app right for some people, this is life and death do better. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to reopen and restart this app or take the app off my phone and put the app back on at your request because your app is frozen. It won’t do anything it’s not showing documents, etc. get it together.!!!!

It’s the worst app nothing ever uploads ;you have to update it every single time you click on it, like it has lag, and then tells you, you need to update after you tried. Nonstop loading issues where it actually never loads. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t change anything. Complete junk just like the company.
