My U of M Health has been tremendously helpful to us informing us of all pertinent information regarding Joe’s health and treatments. We use other health systems but regard UofM as most helpful and gives us peace of mind retrieving vital information and guidance.

The most helpful app! Being able to message directly with your doctor without coming into the office is ground breaking! Seeing all of your child’s records and being able to pull up appointments instantly is wonderful. Not to mention the layout and functionality is on point. Highly recommend.

Very easy to use. I am 82 and I find it is easy.

I like the visits that I had so far . Nice and respectful the care team . They responded to my calls concerns and questions.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr Chigozirim Ekeke and his exceptional care from the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups He explains everything in detail answers all our questions and makes us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process, I highly recommend Dr Ekeke to anyone in need of a thoracic specialist Truly one of the best!

When I get an email that I have a message or notification and click on the link within the email, the app is in Spanish! If I go directly to the app otherwise, it appears in English, as it should. There’s no way within the app to contact UofM web/app support, which is a definite shortcoming and with this problem very frustrating. No way to contact someone to get it fixed.

Hospital stay was not expected but staff doctors, nurses were all wonderful. Everyone is there to make your stay comfortable, understandable, and bearable. Even though its not where you want to be we could not be happier choosing this hospital and its doctors, nurses and staff. Thank you University of Michigan!
