Bill of $148

I do not have to pay this bill according to Medicare. In fact you are in violation of your contract with Medicare. They should have contacted you by now. I will contact Medicare again this issue has been elevated with them. I expect the charge you are showing should be ready removed.

Exceptional Care

Although there was confusion with my insurance HMO or PPO, the receptionists staff did their due diligence & expedited the insurance mixup, so that my office visit wasn’t delayed but only 10 minutes. Great job! All of my care team were very professional, confronting, understandable & knowledgeable of my care which made my painful experience to & from the office worth every second of my visit. Dr. McGarvey & his assist were very gentle when they assessed my left ankle, which was hurting a lot while at rest, as though they personally experienced my pain, too. Made me feel good because I hold all of my pain in as much as I can; So when I say I’m hurting it’s 100 on pain scale of 10 because in my mind a 10 pain level is nothing compared to the pain I experience with every step that I take. I would like to give a huge shout out to the nurse, xRay tech, and checkout staff that provided me care during & after my visit because they ensured they were quick with whatever care they had to do. To all of my care team, words cannot express my appreciation & gratitude that each & everyone of you gave me during my visit. Sure was worth the long drive to Houston, a motel stay, and a long trip back from Houston to Lake Charles, Louisiana, which was worth every second. I sure am blessed to have you on my team. Blissed, Ginger Begnaud

App Reliability

For several days now I have been unable to access my med records, forms, data, etc. I called the help desk. She asked if I was using the app on my phone. I confirmed that I was and her response was for me to use my laptop or pc; it’s just the app and it has problems. Just use the laptop.

Not the best for accuracy

I just opened my account to look at a message that I was notified by email I had in my UT Health Houston Account and it said that I was overdo for my annual physical, which I did have and was sent my $50 Visa card reward for having completed this. I don’t know who is responsible for reporting this information but my observation is that there is poor communication amongst the staff that is labeling what visit a patient is in for and what was completed. I also received a phone call with a left message from my gastroenterologist’s office to reschedule a procedure. I did not actually, speak to her, however it said that I had. ???!!! Communication is vital, especially, in the medical field.
