Multiple times raised complaint always not provide affective respond. Giving plan for 30days but always inactive. I try many way as per suggest still have a issue. Giving plan 30 days but inactive within 3 days. What use we purchase the plan always get barred and very had to use the plan. Whenever i raised this issue, theres no proper and affective respond given by Yes care. If like this service you give, I rather use other telco. Update your service, otherwise people will unscribe yes then. I saw many people has issue with this.

Porting amik masa sangat lama, dan sudah lebih 48 jam tapi mesej untuk "leave Yes" sampai sekarang masih tiada. Kenapa lembab sangat sistem Yes? ada problem ke?
