Is N-able N-sight free?
Yes, N-able N-sight is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is N-able N-sight legit?
⚠️ The N-able N-sight app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I have the feeling in this app as they stopped caring about 2 years ago.
The app shows a list of devices and their checks, but with no eye towards design or polishing.
The app is not optimised for iPhone X, as the corners of the screen are not used.
If you compare this with for example the N-Central app they have you see this is their least favorite child. The N-central app has everything this app SHOULD have.
Please Solarwinds, as a loyal and trusted customer I ask you to revive this RMM product and its app, so that I can do my business in style, like your company is known for.
Terrible app
I found that it isn’t easy to find or is not there detailed information on checks and failures. It is not very helpful with information and the screen option and filters are too limited. I went to view failed checks and couldn’t find anything useful.
The iPhone app is a waste but overall N-Able has a great product if you use their website.

This app is trashware. The lack of functional parameters and crashes. I wonder, how secure this app is….
Doesn’t sync?
We are relatively new to the “new” SolarWinds, or rather N-able platform and while some things seem to work well enough to have us move over from ConnectWise, there are some nagging basic things that just don’t work.
Things like a very BASIC sync of their data to this iOS app, or the various departments not talking to each other, or even not all of their marketing PDF’s for endpoint protection using the name changeover.
I’m in month six of a twelve month commitment and quite frankly, I’m a bit disappointed in the disjointed strategy.
Worthless
Like most of nable/solar winds products this app is garbage.
Doesn’t work
We give SolarWinds now N-Able over $10,000 a month for the privilege of using their MSP tools. It would be nice if they could join the modern era and offer a companion app that works. Tons of things cause the app to crash, the UI is clunky, functionality is lacking.
Please take these complaints not as criticism but as motivation to put some money into this aspect of the product.
Utter trash
It was bad before the update. Now it’s literally unusable.
It’s stuck in vertical mode, which is ridiculous to say the least.
Some of the KB keys don’t work, namely the “@“.
Need it to login to your app guys,…….what a mess.
As much money as we give them every month, you’d think they could make that worked. Boy do I miss LogMeIn. It was just too pricey.
