Failed promise

The app fails to show unlocked content despite subscribing. I hate the fact that give free subscription initially but fail to deliver on unlocked content. Add to that I get a reminder telling me my subscription ends 7th April. I am extremely unhappy with this app.No way condusive for recovery.
