App not working
V 2.36.0 is not functional. I updated the app today and can no longer manage payments. I even deleted and reinstalled app. Still the same error : Something’s gone wrong. Pull down to refresh. Thumbs down symbol. Please fix ASAP!

Nothing but a mobile token and authorization app: Payment register shows ONLY 7 days IN the past End of day balance NOT always correct. ( even though they were only flexipay transactions no cheques) Bpay payment not available , only linked accounts or domestic. Copy of a past payment not available, which would be very helpful instead creating a new payment. ( especially if usually using file uploads) Call it a mobile token not an app…
Please update the app so mobile token can be tapped to copy the token.

So often, too often, this app lets you down and quite likely when, you most need it. As it has with me on countless! times. For a bank, it’s cheap and, of poor quality. You would think they would have something, being one of the biggest in Australia, that is possibly….Supreme, Fantastic, And reliable. That would be nice and helpful😊
With 3 bars of signal I get the message We’ve lost you, we can’t find an internet connection. Watch out, I may go elsewhere and you will lose me forever! Why can I get in on the Internet but not on the app? Like I said, it’s useless.
login is excruciatingly slow. would be nice to be able to do basic admin like changing account names and adding/administering users. to get going on the platform i had no choice but to use website. would also be good for website to support mac browser - account admin screen doesn’t work in safari.
The mobile token works fine but why limit the login for the online banking to only one ID? And there should be an account that keeps your details together so when you switch phones you don’t have to waste a half hour setting the app up on the new device when you are using multiple NAB IDs
I didn’t even change my pin or anything like that and it won’t let me access the app. Useless, called up and still no help.
Hi guys what’s going on, after the latest update I couldn’t log in, it’s showing technical issue and try another time but it’s been 3 days and we’ve got work to deal with. Please fix this......
