Hi, Since last week the app is not opening on iPhone 12. I am using it on laptop but it’s very disappointing

Unclear fees, slow withdrawals, criticism not well taken

From the start all the fees are cloudy, autocopy fees of 1 euro per trade, swap fees, overnight fees, high spread fees. Nothing is visible from the trade tab, it's all hidden. The withdrawal system requires all kinds of documents before we can make a withdrawal. Customer service says it has to do with regulations, well Capital.com is also regulated, I can withdrawal within seconds. They always transfer it back to where the money came from, so what can go wrong? I'm waiting for my withdrawal on my creditcard from Naga for over a day now but still nothing!! When I make a comment about fees, they are annoyed and say I should have read about it in the many many contracts, agreements and conditions. Hello, do I have laywer on my forehead? This kind of info should be clear from the start and with every trade, an exact number what the fees are. They make comments like 'on your small amounts you wont notice the fees', that is when I have over 10.000 invested in Naga! Overall bad experience, I recommend everyone to read every bit of info well before you start trading with them. And make sure to test withdrawals, such an extremely slow system is not normal this day and age.

App insisted I update it, and since I did that I can't open the app at all. Please if this asap!
