App login problem and transaction ID not showing
Recently there has been a problem where many of the Nagad users including me are unable to login to the app. Moreover, the transactions I made in January 2025 are not showing in the app. Therefore, I hope that you will lead to the solution asap, thanks. Overall it’s a great app with minimal charges.

Absolutely disgusting! "Something went wrong" is a very common problem in this app. The app crashes for no reason. Using experience of this app is just horrible. Sometimes you will stuck in login, sometimes you will stuck in paments, sometimes balance shows error and goes on. If you have other mft then don't come to nagad. It will be a horrible experience.

Worst Application and Worst Rules by Nagad
When I changed the device in spite of possessing sim card I could not be successful in changing device. Again in another situation, when I replaced the sim card; I could not log on even after using the same device. Extremely irritating. Now I need to find out the customer care and go personally.
