Since I signed up to I was not able to send money they keep saying it fail but didn't give any reason and I have been writing support all day but to no avail no one is responding to me but it shows they are online Very weird

Worst money sending app worst customer service and they’re thief’s my money was stolen and never recovered don’t ever use this app again

I was just referred by a friend but I like the convenience with a-lot of options to use different cards and its fast. This is amazing 🎉🎉🎉

The NALA customer service is abysmal; since October 20, I contacted them. No response until today. The platform does do what it’s designed to do. Every time I tried to use it, it tells me to contact NALA customer service. It’s frustrating!

It took 4 hours for a $5 transfer to be delivered when it was promised to be delivered within “minutes.” Don’t expect fast deliveries like other money transfer apps, Nala still needs improvements. Updated 6/10/24 Made a small transfer which took 3 days to be delivered. Chat response is slow! I deleted this app from my phone. Will not be using or recommending this app in any near future. Unreliable! Update 11/11/24 - there has been improvements. Transfers are fast and is now rare to have an issue with transfer delays. I do recommend to all!

Please don’t use this App if you’re sending money for emergency!! It is a week now, money is not been delivered but funds have been taken out of customers account! Nala says the transaction cannot be cancelled! Dont you know some of us send money for emergency purposes like hospital and medicine bills , school fees, funerals, plane tickets etc??? What are we supposed to do when money is not delivered on time and funds are already taken out of the account? Then we have to wait for a week!!!! This is very frustrating! If Nala knows there is a problem with Airtel, then they must inform the customers in advance so they won’t use the service or carrier. This is very unacceptable and you will Lose a lot of customers for this!!! Be transparent and refund customers money immediately when you cannot deliver!
