Nama water app

SMRs. Date on bill of reading by Nama 30 or 31 Condition for SMR to be accepted 28to 30 days. Readings are only accepted between 5th to 25th. So its not possible to load SMRs as will not accept on 28th of the month. It makes no sense. Last bill Nov readings although written as regular was for sure an estimate. I checked my meters. Please correct the period that SMRs will be accepted if NAMA really wants customers to load actual readings and avoid estimates

دفعت الرسوم الي علي بعد قطعكم للخدمة ماشاء الله سريعين في قطع الخدمة بس صارلي اسبوع من قدمت طلب ارجاع الخدمة وما رجعت ، اريد افهم ليش ؟ اول بإتصال سريعين تجيوا !!!!!

برنامج صعب تتعامل معه

البرنامج صعب ..وبطيئ..وكل يومين فيه تحديث..طبعا ان حاولت تقدم طلب..يمكن ياخذ يوم كامل لحد ما تتحمل الملفات

البرنامج لا يعمل

أحاول تقديم طلب توصيل عداد مؤقت ، بعد تسجيل الدخول البرنامج يظهر صفحه بيضاء عن دخول خانة تقديم طلب

ما ينفع

التطبيق فاشل ع اخر .. ايميلات ما توصل لشخص يوم ناسي رقم السري .. شو بيكون التطبيق

Worst and irresponsible support

This is worst and irresponsible company I find oman. Wrong billing, wrong meter reading, very bad support. Never responds to support emails or complaints. Horrible!!
