my aunt bought me this and i was very excited to see my star in the app but the search doesn’t work at all the physical copy is very cute but don’t waste your time with the app

I’m trying to view my Star and it isn’t popping up in search results.

Ugh paid for it thought it would be cute can’t find my star in the search and it doesn’t show you where it is by you really…

First, I will say the app itself leaves a lot to be desired. The search function just does not work. And aside from that, what exactly would be the point of this app? To get more sales? Kind of lame. The service itself is cool. While in no means is it official, it is a nice gift for a loved one regardless. But to read some of these other reviews where people are told what they will receive, and then b**** about receiving it? What were you expecting, an actual picture of the star? Don’t complain if you didn’t read what the product is all about. Leave the axe grinding out of reviews please.

Bought this for Valentine’s Day and I received nothing but an attachment. Paid for the package that cost $325 what a joke!

Whatever you do don’t get the physical copy. It’s a huge ripoff. You won’t get the whole package you’ll only get the certificate and the star chart which the QR code that comes with it doesn’t even work. You’re better off printing the materials yourself with good quality paper. I’m so disappointed.
