I’m not a huge fan of shopping by video… it looks messy and chaotic to me. I’d rather see the picture first, and then have a video option. Plus, the app won’t let me log into my account - it wants me to make a new one. So I wont be using the app anymore sadly. I loved the old app, don’t know why it was changed.

The app itself is okay I don’t like that whenever you go back to view new arrivals it takes you back to the very top instead of where you were looking. My rating is mostly for my recent experience, I buy from this boutique every week multiple times a week sometimes never had an issue until a recent return.. I followed the return policy and shipped it with tracking right after I received it and found out it was too small this was on 2/12 and still no credit. Shipping says delivered to someone at the store and multiple emails every week have not been answered. If they can do this to a loyal customer like myself I can’t imagine how many others have returned their items with nothing issued back

No doubt the easiest and most clear way to shop comment sold! Love the item pictures, descriptions, and history when you rewatch the lives. The only thing it’s missing is a chromecast/stream option so I can watch on my tv while I do other things! Still have to use Facebook for that.
