Why doesn’t the app allow us to choose the part of the chicken that we want but defaulted to “chicken breast” many don’t like breast, if it based on availability then Nando’s shouldn’t give that option at all. This is why I don’t use the app, solely for this reason. I think we are paying for the food and should get what is requested for.

I’m on iOS14, the menu only shows up to Peri-Peri Chicken, it doesn’t show anything else from the Sharing to the drinks menu so I can’t even order them. Upper tabs not working at all. Already reinstall app but issue still persists. Please look into improving your app to make it work, thanks.

Best reward app in malaysia

Good god you hyped the “new app experience” so much that it ended up quite disappointing. Whoever is in charge of your customer facing apps should be removed.

Been using this apps for a while…and honestly speaking if you love nandos they’ll reward you even more…so many times using the rewards and like it…

How long to update the app? Still not up and running.

After using the app to order, the branch say that the app is not usable. This is a lousy app compared to McDonald’s. 1 star.

The difficulty and hassle to use this app is phenomenal. The trick you have to go thru are mind blowing. Please improve your app. Not going to eat at your shop if you are not allowing to order by physical menu. Thanks.

I’m using iPhone IOS 16.3.1. I’m unable to read the details of the notification available in your app when clicked. So, I missed all your promotions. Can you please get this fixed? Thank you.
