Nano Notes

Update! Prior review follows. The developer reached out and tried to help me troubleshoot the crashes, but apparently Apple doesn't allow for much action on the watch at one time and will quit your apps to acquire data for complications, etc. I hoped the series 10 would be powerful enough to be useful, but sadly it is not. This is not the fault of the developer of this app, and I gave 2 stars back for his attempts to remedy the global issue. Prior review: I use this app for easy access to lesson plans on my wrist. (Teacher, here.) I have the app set to stay open for one hour, but many times I have to relaunch the app because it crashed. The very infrequent updates have not addressed this problem at all. They only add things like icon tinting. It's too bad. Could be useful if it actually worked properly. Re-code this app and optimize/fix the memory leaks for cripe's sake, and you might have something worth buying here!

Typing on the Watch is the major missing feature.

Immensely helpful in my spiritual life. I can see my inspirational quotes right on my watch.

There is another issue: my notes are not synced between iPhone and iPad otherwise it will be a truly handy app. By the way, font size on apple watch version is too big despite the size has been set to the smallest in the settings.[Solved by myself. I double-click the home button to force Nano Notes to quit and then reload it. Everything displays correctly now. But I wish to pin some notes so that I don’t have to re-order after copying new notes. (Issue: I copied a poem into Nano Notes and the list shows a few lines which is fine but I tap the note on my iPhone it shows a blank screen. I check Nano Notes on the watch, both the list and the text show properly. I am confused. I deleted the original 2/3 notes because I don’t like Shelly. Does it have something to do with the display issue?)]

Just what I was hoping for - a simple app that lets me write notes on my phone that can be viewed at any time on my Watch. I'm using it for quick reference items so I don't have to pick up my phone so often. Thank you very much for making it free!

…I don’t seem to be able to delete a note from the Apple Watch without first deleting it on my phone, then powering off (then back on) the watch. Is there a fix for that?

Is free and handy in a pinch, like during finals week 😉. However there are some bugs, if you write a note and go out of the app and try to open a different note the note comes up blank and you can’t edit it. To fix you have to close the app and open it again to edit or see your full note on your phone. The bug is just on the phone app it works fine on the watch app.

Love this app very much. Apparently I did not give it time to sync.
