تطبيق سيئ للاسف

Very basic app

Very basic application. You have to enter your shipment number every time. It asks for permission to paste every time you want to paste the number. You cannot save the details. Live tracking is a joke. On top of that, Naqel delivery staff keep asking every time to send them a picture of the door plus door number and other details via WhatsApp ! Which is against the rules

Worst shipping app ever.

Doesn’t function, no actual support available. No way even to contact a human being. What a complete waste of time.

اسواء شركة وأسواء تطبيق ولا يوجد فروع مثل شركة سيمسا

أنا ندمان اني أتعاملت مع هذا الشركة بس غصب عني اشتريت اغراض من شي ان وقال الارجاع عن طريق ناقل حتي عن طريق البحث في جوجل لم يوفرك بما تريد سوف ارسل لشركة شي ان عن هذا الشركة السيئه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

How this consider as an app?

1) No live tracking for shipments (they’re lying) 2) shipments assigns time is incorrect 3) poor customer services, they don’t even know what is going on Everything going on in this app is just oblivious.

I wish I can give them less than zero minus start

This company does not respect the customers; Its application is useless, and it can't track a black elephant standing 2 meters of white snow. It is the worst, and I have no idea how they are still in the business. Their application gives you no tracking updates until almost the time of delivery. The live delivery is a joke and does not track anything. I should take them to court just for giving me high blood pressure when I need to track anything sent to me through them. Even wasting my time reviewing them makes me angry.
