Maigen Burton at the Harrisonville branch is very educated on accounts are handled and gave me the information I needed when we started up our savings account and then just recently named it as a Trust account. She’s always polite and courteous. ~ Julie Bennett

This is app is so obsolete compared to what other banks have. It’s ridiculously useless. And what’s the point of offering ID face option to customers if you cannot afford the technology for it?

Very convenient, and accurate process.

My time is valuable….multiple calls to NASB to correct an issue, told I would get a call back - no call back received . Called again after what was supposed to be corrected was completely ignored and actually took out my current email. 2 nd call placed and asked for “tech person to call me’ so it is explained properly by me…not in the 3rd person where translating issue is apparently lost!!

Dollar amount took several tries to enter...finally got dollars to go in front of decimal point.

Really appreciate this feature.

Glad I was able to se account balance, but the app is limited in what it can show you (i.e. loan activity), and has very little features.

I love having the online banking app. The thing I dislike is the login has to many steps and doesn’t allow facial recognition from iPhone. I would also like to see more detailed information on withdraw/deposits.

Because seriously between this mobile app, the ATMs, and the attitude of the banking staff, it looks to me as if NASB is pretty much done in the banking industry. It’s time for NASB Do you wake up, grow up, and modernize. People expect more from banks than this...

It's basically just a wrapper of the website but slower and it doesn't save your password. Not optimized for larger iPhone screens.
