Poor customer service
As far as news or checking results/standings, it’s a solid app. However, their customer service is horrific. They don’t even attempt to help you, and they try to place blame when it is obviously their mistake/problem. I’ve been trying to get a faulty gift card code corrected for multiple weeks; it’s nearly impossible to talk to an actual person and nobody will ever answer or follow up. The DMV is more efficient than these folks are.

Last year the fanatics gift card was 7,500 points for $100. This year you upped everything significantly, and it’s not 10,000 points. I have diligently been checking in to receive points all season, and when I finally got 10k, you took the gift card away and I’m left with just about nothing to choose from. Such a huge waste of time and absolutely ridiculous on your part.

I understand the decision agains Bell. I don’t agree with it. But what about the obvious blocking the 2 Chevy cars did for several laps so Byron could get in?
