I Love the ap itself but I need to speak with some and cannot ever get anyone to contact me. I am trying to find out how to cancel the ap and can’t get any help doing that either, for this reason, I don’t want it anymore.

I canceled in the intro days. I was still charged. It is all rediculous and still charging you. Do not trust a free test.

I cancelled this subscription and I am still being charged $10 a week. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times and nothing. Don’t waste your money or time.
This app is a Scam!!!!
You sign up for the free trial and even if you cancel in time they will still try to take money from your account over & over again. Response to your response: That’s not true I canceled within the time and it still took $19.00 and still continues to try and take $19.00 out my account every other couple of days you all don’t even have a plan that requires y’all to be trying to take that much.

This app is a joke !!! You pay for the free trial then you have to download the app but before it will give you any sort of reading or anything it wants more money for another free trial … don’t waste your time !!! And no number to call for the guaranteed refund !!

I signed up for a 7 week trial. They took my money. When I tried using the app it wouldn’t let me look at anything until I signed up for another trial?? Also, the email link didn’t work! You guys need to get it together!
Love this app
This is spot on it is how I am and something’s in here that it is talking about is kinda scary how I have been going through some of the things this app is truly amazing.
Unhelpful and inaccurate
This app was terrible. Everything it said about me was completely wrong. All the dates it gave was wrong. It didn’t even take into account my dob. Inaccurate and false information .
