مصرف عطلاته كثيرة
اسوء مصرف على مر التاريخ تعامل سيء البطاقه ما تشتغل بكل مكان لا تشتري بيها ولا تسحب احيانا التطبيق سيء الى اقصى حدوده وكله اخطاء

مع الاسف الخدمات قليلة جدا و محدودة كما ان تغير رقم الهاتف في حالة ادخاله من قبل الشركة بالخط عليك انت ان تتحمل المسؤولية و تعديله يحتاج الى وقت طويل جدا وذلك لضعف الاداريين المسوؤلين عن حل هذه المشاكل، نرجو حل هذه المشاكل والاهتمام بها نظرا الى ان بقية البنوك الاهلية افضل بمراحل و شكرا…

من التطبيقات الفاشلة جداً صار اكثر من شهرين من صدرت بطاقتي ولليوم ما تعدل رقم تلفوني رغم انو تواصلت وياهم اكثر من ٧ مرات وكل مره يكلولي خلال ساعه ويتعدل التطبيق مينطيك الرقم اللي خليته بالبطاقة بشكل صحيح يحذف من عنده ٣ ارقام
