App just freezes up all the time.

User Friendly

This app is great. It is user friendly. It flows nicely. I don’t like the new changes but still flows. Thanks for a great app. I have sent a supporting request. New update has major bugs

Newly designed app slowed to load

This version with the newly designed app is slower in terms of initial loading times and transitions between different screens.

Good app with a big problem

The app is good and helpful. Works pretty well. Took 2 stars off because there’s no reason why it should take over my audio and stop playback when it opens. What is it doing that needs that?

Seamless app experience

I’ve been using the National app for years and have never had anything but great experiences. Superb UI/UX and always stable.

App stopped working

The app freezes on the initial loading screen every time I open it. It’s unusable currently.

Totally useless. Can’t start and tried to restart the app many times.

5.0 Broken

App won’t open. Hangs on screen splash.

Unable to use free days and no reason for it

System is not recognizing freeways.
