Price goes up a couple of bucks from month to month with no explanation

Every time I try to do anything I line it tells me the site is down. If I had an emergency it would be scary

You cancelled my auto payment. Then didn’t connect me to a person to talk to. Your automatic operator is terrible. I am shopping for different insurance now.

Of all the bills I pay monthly, this site is by far the worst to make a payment on. Always saying come back at another time to make as payment, site is having problems.

Downloaded this app to make filing claims an easier process, since documents and photos of invoices are on my phone and not my computer. My screen goes black/app freezes when I press the button to start a new claim. Lame.

I want to use this app to submit pet insurance claims. I can add all of the data. But once I get to the screen where you must accept the terms, you cannot get back to the submit button. Please fix this. It would be so much easier to use the app instead of the online desktop.

After clicking on submit claim the screen goes black and nothing happens

Tried multiple times to pay balance and kept saying to come back later. They just wanted me to be late. I also tried calling my insurance agent they told me to pay on line. Why am I paying them ???

App works fine until you need to submit a new claim. You enter all the info, upload the document and accept the terms. Once you hit accept, it takes you to a different screen to agree AGAIN, and now you can no longer scroll to submit. TERRIBLE
