I want a refund from automatic billing I have a transfer slip. I've pressed a trial class for a long time. but just had to deduct money from credit card I contacted the website but no email response

ตอนสมัครจะให้กรอกเลขบัตรไป อย่ากรอกค่ะ ถ้ากรอกบัตร หักเงินทุกเดือนแล้วไม่แจ้งเตือนด้วย ลบแอฟ ไม่ช่วยนะคะ ต้องไปกดที่ยกเลิกสัญญา อีเมลที่หักเงินก็ไม่มี เหมือนหลอกลวงค่ะ แย่มากค่ะ
