住院中只使用過一次試用課程，出院後完全不知道要取消，被連續扣款了兩個月高級課程高達四百美元，客服卻完全無法提供任何幫助以及協助退款，一堂課而已還斷線值400美金我也是笑死了，從沒看過這麼爛的線上課程，靠這種手段賺錢？ 說叫我聯繫客服，24小時內回覆都超過幾天了不回不應，在app這邊回應是裝給誰看的？

使用狀態中，無法用App，收費過高
目前是使用狀態中，App版會一直轉到註冊頁面，網頁都可以正常上課，反應之後還要我提供影片。自己有問題自己找好嗎？兩個月一樣情形了 我已放棄 收費過高，難怪沒什麼學生，老師上線也很少
嚇死人的費用
也沒寫清楚幣別，一堂課都沒上過就收走199美金，要註冊的人看清楚。
