For the app specifically: integration of the product search would make a lot of sense here. That is the reason I downloaded the app but its not available. Its cumbersome to login online and click thru the menu, the. select the store every time i need to see if my preferred store’s stock. The preferred store should be saved and auto selected in the profile but its not. Take some tips from Target’s app. I understand they have much larger resources but their app and the flow of function (UX) is not flawless but its one of the best apps for shopping.

Your business really needs to find a way to make an online ordering and pickup service. And to get with the current times of competitors with your app that currently exists. It is not up to todays standards and I don’t really see the point of having one at all in this case. It’s a widespread chain so it would be worth the time to do so, and the investment, and the return. However, the way it is right now is honestly close to pointless I’m sorry. I haven’t found any reason or interest in looking into it much more after seeing its minimal uses.

i love shopping at my local natural grocers and appreciate their NPower rewards program. recently there was a bodycare coupon i wanted to clip but the email said the coupon could only be clipped in the app. annoying to be sort of manipulated into downloading yet another app to my phone but okay— doing it! unfortunately the app is so buggy that it won’t let me log in with my credentials. says “error, incorrect username or password”. but i’ve double checked the credentials that i am currently logged into my laptop with and they are correct. so now i am locked out of accessing promotions that i would like to take advantage of. bummer. hopefully app exclusive coupons won’t become more prevalent!!

This app is FAR from user friendly! Trying to “clip” offer for 20 % off body care. Following the directions given—not able to load this offer. VERY FRUSTRATING :(

Just like the website, searching for product is a runaround. I just want to search and product and get its price. Why so complicated? Not a good policy.

Not able to search for a product in the store. Have to physically go to the store to see if they have a product. App does not give much information either. It is not like a Kroger or Safeway app that give details of what is in store, cost and location.

It has potential but I have to open and close the app multiple time for one receipt to load….which never ends up loading… I open the app and my rewards so nothing…have been shopping here with true loyalty for a year so I have points they just don’t show up on the app

I’m really not sure what the point of this app is. You can’t shop from it. You can’t see weekly specials. It is useless.

Good to see this app. Small but important issue: When you Clip a Coupon, you can only view the first two. The rest disappear on the app. They don’t appear with the yet to be clipped coupons, and they can’t be looked up anywhere else. This will cost sales because now users cannot use the list of clipped coupons as a shopping list.

I’m so happy there’s a app now but it doesn’t make sense why there is one. When ever I try to do anything on the app it automatically takes me to the web. That doesn’t make sense. I’m a 20 year old so this shouldn’t be hard to navigate for me at all but it is. You can’t look up items and you can’t make a list it seems… I may be wrong but I can’t find it at all so for now I’m thinking it doesn’t have one. When you have places like Sam’s club and Safeway and even king supers. There should be a much smoother app then this. Who ever made this or tried too needs to update and figure things out because this. This is not it.
