No detail is too small to be overlooked, no question too big to be asked.

Digital edition with subscription?

I bought a subscription thinking I could read digitally online, but it still looks like I have to pay $2.99 per magazine even though I bought a subscription? I haven’t had much luck with customer service

Errors

I’ve got a subscription, but everytime I download two magazines, and just when it’s almost finished downloading, an error comes up. Please fix it, pleeease!

Can't use your print subscription!

Natural history fan on

United States

Even though the app description says print subscribers can access their subscriptions via this app, you can't. I've had support from the app developers and support at natural history magazine tell me that I cannot use my print subscription. So the app description is wrong. Also, the "how to use" button takes me to an error page in Japanese.
