Amazing Product!

Flights are $200 more expensive on here than Google flights. Convenience isn’t worth that price difference

this app used to be excellent but now it just seems neglected 1. the customer service is got really bad and they never want to properly help you 2. when you try to buy something the app would charge your charge like 2 times the day your card isn’t working so you will have to contact your bank to cancel the transactions 3. so usually i would use this app for the amazon and food delivery, i ordered meals and almost every time they came late or didn’t come. and when i complained about it they didn’t help and always asked for “photos” now how am i supposed to give you photos if i didn’t get it

Where’s dark mode?

The app looks beautiful when opened and all seem great. Can’t get over the fact that the first few screens I encountered was to enter my name, and when I did enter my non-English name with accents on it, it says “please enter a valid name.” Communicates who built the app and with whom it is built in mind somewhat loudly, not lovely.

It was such a subpar experience with a really bad search UI, never updating tracking information, and the pain of returning item. But what tipped the scale was when they blocked my account supposedly because of high return rate (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t unblock unless I would get on a call with their manager. I outright refused to do that, but the worst part is that all of the points, including the ones that I received for refunding an item, became frozen in my account. Stay away unless you want to lose money.

Cool design with the app, somewhat easy to navigate. However, you are supposed to get $15 for referring someone once they place their first order through the app. Well, I referred a friend using my link. They made their first purchase and I did not receive $15 for the referral. I tried reaching out, but of course, their customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend

I absolutely love this app, although it’s a bit late when it comes to status of orders, my items arrived and came in perfect condition. Ordered food and got it as well. 10/10 recommend
